A Banks4All Service Partner works independently to help people in their community understand how property and financial services work in Italy — in the community's own language.

What a Service Partner does

  • Runs information sessions and events in the community
  • Shares Banks4All education content in the community's language
  • Explains that the Property Investment Plan is free and how to apply
  • Helps people install the Banks4All app and use it themselves
  • Collects feedback on what the community needs

What a Service Partner does not do

  • Does not assess anyone's income or ability to borrow
  • Does not collect payslips, tax returns or bank statements
  • Does not recommend lenders or loans
  • Does not contact property sellers or negotiate

The process

From application to
Service Partner

Step 1
Fill in the application form
Fill in the application form. WhatsApp and a scheduled meeting stay available if you prefer to talk first.

Open the application form

What to include: Academic qualifications, professional experience in Italy, professional/educational background in your home country, languages you speak, and a brief note on which community you want to serve.

Step 2
Profile review & selection
The Banks4All team reviews your background and assesses the fit for the service partner role. We look at your community ties, languages, experience, and commitment level — not just formal credentials.
Step 3
Complete the training programme
Complete Ayni Partner Training: 100 hours of essential training, within a maximum of 3 months. The fee is €1,000 and is requested only after you are selected.

At the end there is a final assessment and a Banks4All completion certificate.

Step 4
Join the Banks4All partner network
Open your partner portal, use the training materials, and start running information sessions in your community.
