The process

From application to
certified partner

Step 1

Send your CV and application

Email your CV to info@banks4all.eu with your full education and professional experience — including roles both in Italy and your country of origin. Or contact us directly on WhatsApp or via a scheduled call.

What to include: Academic qualifications, professional experience in Italy, professional/educational background in your home country, languages you speak, and a brief note on which community you want to serve.

Step 2

Profile review & selection

The Banks4All team reviews your background and assesses the fit for the service partner role. We look at your community ties, languages, experience, and commitment level — not just formal credentials.

Step 3

Complete the training programme

Undertake a 2–3 month certified training course covering financial products, Italian regulatory requirements, client relationship management, and how to use the Banks4All platform. Training is provided at a partner rate of €500 (standard price: €1,000).

On successful completion of the training course, you are officially certified and ready to join as a Banks4All Service Partner.

Join the Banks4All partner network

Activate your partner portal account, receive your onboarding pack, and start serving clients in your community — earning income while helping people access the financial freedom they deserve.
