No. The POP service fee (€3,000 for properties up to €200,000) is separate from mortgage interest, notary fees, and Italian property taxes — but it replaces broker commissions, which can range from 2–4% of property value. For a €200k property, that's a significant saving.
No. The entire service is delivered in your preferred language — English, Italian, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, or Punjabi. Your consultant handles all Italian-language communication with banks, sellers, and notaries on your behalf.
If after a complete review your mortgage cannot be approved by any of our partner banks, only services already delivered (financial evaluation, document review) are billable. The final 50% milestone is not charged.
Yes. The €3,000 fee covers properties up to €200k value. For higher-value properties, the fee scales proportionally — your consultant provides an exact quote during your first consultation. The 50/50 milestone structure stays the same.
